Place Knee Cool Wrap in cold water and soak for 30-40 minutes and the crystals will turn into a cold gel. Remove from water and fit to the hock. Fasten middle strap first and work outwards ensuring all are tight but not over-tighten. Use for 20 minutes every 2 hours. For colder tratment use iced wateror soak and place in a plastic bag in the fridge (dont freece). Tip: for injuries requiring heat treatment soak in warm water and apply the same way.
