The Hunter utilizes the same air bag and coverage as our ProAir vest but gets secured by a zipper instead of buckles. This refines the silhouette without changing the comfort or protection. We did this in response to riders who wanted a more fashionable vest, but still wanted top-level safety features.

Similar to the ProAir, the Hunter is designed to be worn in conjunction with a conventional body protector for the highest level of safety. For most high-level competition, the Hunter is required, by the organisers, to be worn with a BETA approved Level 3 body protector, like the RaceSafe ProVent 3.0. On unorganised rides or at home, some riders use our vest on its own. Our vests have tested to be as effective as a typical body protector.
