Made from the same proven materials but manufactured into a Square (86cm x 86cm) smart, easy-care alternative to felt and wool blankets for general use under a Western Saddle.
It provides a safe, sensible back protection and alleviates the need for more than one pad under the saddle with a ‘Plus One’ standard thickness. This pad size is also good for those looking for something longer in the back, adding 20cm in length to our Classic© PolyPad.
COMPRESSED OPTION: For amazing back protection we remove the Plus One fibre insert and use a compressed felt & fibre pad which doubles the protection and disperses the weight of the heavier Western Saddle more widely.
This option also leaves a 3" (75mm) gap down the spine area allowing good flexiblibility in your horse but providing 1810gms/sq.m protection.
Please Note: We advise only hand washing this pad thickness as it is not recommended to bend the Compressed insert in to a washing machine.
